Mark has litigated civil matters in over half the states in the U.S. over the past 22 years, first with one of the largest and best law firms in the Midwest and since 2013 with his own firm. He is currently national counsel for a Texas-based financial services company and Minnesota counsel for one of the nation’s largest insurance brokers. Mark also has extensive experience litigating agricultural matters, including litigation involving dairy production, livestock feed, crop protection chemicals, seeds, and agricultural equipment.
