Cathy has 30 years of experience across a broad range of corporate and real estate issues, including a specific expertise in franchising. She assists businesses with everything from initial startup planning and ongoing contractual needs to termination or sale. She similarly works with all real estate issues, and regularly helps builders and developers navigate the regulatory and documentation needs for commercial and residential developments. Cathy’s history includes serving as Assistant General Counsel for Domino’s Pizza International where her primary responsibility was supporting their international expansion efforts. During her 9 years there, Domino’s grew from 20 to 60 international markets. She continues to support both franchisors and franchisees in her practice with document preparation and reviews, regulatory compliance issues, and litigation.
