Over the last 30 years of his career, Scott has focused on environmental, energy, water, and climate change issues. As a partner in national law firms, he has worked with clients to solve regulatory challenges and to capitalize on emerging technologies such as renewable energy, energy efficiency, and energy storage. In his current firm, he brings national level expertise at much lower rates. In the environmental area, he has worked on transactions, litigation, regulatory counseling and auditing, and government enforcement actions. In the energy space, he has worked on solar, wind, natural gas power, biomass, landfill gas to energy, anaerobic digestion projects. In the water area he has worked on water quality and water supply matters, including water supply agreements, water permit applications, and water rights disputes.
