He has more than 20 years of in-house and large law firm technology and IP transactional legal experience.
Brad has consulted and published on the topic of intellectual property and indigenous knowledge and developed and taught one of the first courses on video games and the law, at UC Berkeley School of Law.
Brad is a trained mediator and serves as a volunteer court mediator. In his spare time he makes guitars and ukuleles.
