Matthew J. McGrath has over 30 years of experience counseling companies on government contracts, export control matters, international business transactions, and international trade. Mr. McGrath is experienced in issues under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency procurement regulations. He is experienced in foreign military sales, international commercial disputes, and regulatory and accounting issues associated with U.S. and foreign government procurement. He also counsels on export controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR); Export Administration Regulations (EAR); Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulations, and other related areas of law. Mr. McGrath has held committee chairmanships in the American Bar Association and Federal Bar Association.
