Andrew Ross is a corporate lawyer based in New York City with over 35 years’ experience at national and international law firms. Major practice areas are acquisitions and investments, including international transactions. For many years, Mr. Ross served as the Chairman of his primary firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group, which received national recognition as a leading middle market practice. He has also been designated as a "Super Lawyer" for many years, and named a “Leading Lawyer” in middle market M&A by the U.S. Legal 500 Guide. Other practice areas include debt and equity private financings; private equity; venture capital; complex licensing, distribution and joint venture arrangements; and general corporate representation. In October 2015 Andrew established the Law Office of Andrew Ross. The cornerstone of his practice is his experience, legal skills, understanding of his clients’ needs and how to best accomplish them, business judgment, leadership and the confidence and trust of his clients and colleagues. Andrew combines his knowledge of the law and extensive transactional experience with a pragmatic approach which enables him to successfully represent his clients in accomplishing their business objectives while mitigating business and legal risks and apprising his clients of the relevant considerations for their decision-making. Andrew’s clients rely heavily on his judgment and advice and his in-depth involvement and hands-on approach. Andrew is also conscious of his clients’ costs, and is able to provide these high-quality services at a price well below those available at larger firms.
