Nayiri has a vast and in-depth knowledge of the civil and commercial laws of the United Arab Emirates where she has been practicing over the years. She has also worked on cross-jurisdictional disputes in the Arab world, representing parties and advising them in proceedings governed by the laws of various Arab countries.
Nayiri also acts as arbitrator in various institutions such as CRCICA, DIAC, DIFC-LCIA and ICC. She has been appointed over the years in real estate, construction and general commercial disputes.
