Rob represents companies and their owners in corporate transactional matters, commercial litigation, and debtor/creditor relations. The debtor/creditor practice includes representing companies in financial distress, creditors in bankruptcy cases and companies interested in purchasing assets out of bankruptcy. Rob spent 5 years at Rutgers-Camden Law School teaching the Advanced Bankruptcy Seminar; is a contributor for forbes.com; and was a Legal Analyst for Fox Business Network during the Chrysler and GM bankruptcy cases. He is also a frequent lecturer on corporate and bankruptcy/restructuring issues.
