Joshua Engel is a 1995 graduate, cum laude, of Harvard University Law School and a 1992 graduate, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a highly respected and experienced former prosecutor, appellate advocate, and civil litigator who has handled number of high profile civil and criminal matters. Engel is a frequent lecturer and author on cutting-edge legal issues, including due process and student disciplinary hearings. Engel has also published a number of law review articles on the intersection of law and technology.
