Alice Turinas has more than 20 years of experience and frequently acts as outside general counsel for technology focused business. She also advises heavy corporate users of SaaS technology, and has helped non-US companies expand to the US. Alice is licensed in New York, Texas and New Jersey and has relocated to Austin; her firm continues to maintain an office in New York City, where her partner is located. As a former business attorney for a global law firm with 725 attorneys and 13 offices (London, New York, Houston, etc.), and as former senior counsel for AT&T’s web and e-commerce businesses, Alice has developed, negotiated and closed complex cross-border agreements for technology businesses.
