VALENTINA CASELLA
Valentina is a partner at Casella e Associati in Milan, which she joined in 2014. Before, she was a corporate associate in the M&A Department of Simpson Thacher and Bartlett LLP in New York for close to 5 years. Valentina graduated cum laude from the University of Milan Law School. She holds an LLM from Columbia University Law School and an MBA from INSEAD. She is a member of the International Bar Association. Valentina's practice focuses on corporate law, corporate governance, domestic and cross-border M&A, international commercial agreements and related litigation and arbitration.
