Previously a Mergers and Acquisitions partner with Jones Day in New York, Frankfurt, Budapest, and DC, Doug has headed US and international legal teams for both public and private companies in industries as diverse as IT, electronics, software, government contracting, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, publishing, banking, finance and agriculture, working directly with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and General Counsel. He has negotiated across the table from such well-known companies as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Nokia, and Philips.
